Quality Control at Each Stage - Zero Defects


	CTA controls quality at every step of the process. Each production stage has the most advanced equipment to control and verify parameters which let us guarantee zero manufacturing defects. Each stage has a quality station on it from the foundry to final step.
		Every CTA wheel passes through X Ray inspection to assure the highest resistance and no internal defects. High quality standards guarantee safety and confidence.
	Machining and final finishing use pattern tools and special instruments to frequently verify of diameters and concentricity as well as other measures, to satisfy standards and customer specifications.
		High precision instruments are used for special measurements and tests. Reports and certificates are sent to OEM's to meet their requirements.
